  • Communication with Debtor:  We contact the debtor through letters, phone calls, or emails to remind them of the outstanding debt and negotiate a voluntary repayment arrangement.

  • Letter of Demand:  We issue letters of demand outlining the details of the debt, the amount owed, and a deadline for payment. These letters often serve as a legal requirement before further action is taken.

  • Negotiation and Settlement:  We engage in negotiations with the debtor to reach a settlement or establish a repayment plan.

  • Legal Action:  Where voluntary repayment efforts are unsuccessful, we assist our clients who chose to pursue the matter via litigation.  This involves filing a lawsuit to obtain a court judgment against the debtor.

  • With a court-issued judgment, we can pursue various avenues to try and recover the debt for our clients, while navigating the complexities of the relevant laws and regulations.
